  I just can't believe all the things we concern ourselves with in our lives
  matters. Continuously spent thinking about the different things that people encounter
  just about every moment is certainly really important, as no other person will
  probably encounter existence for any of
  us. Personally I think that people young
  and old have to be even more sane. Science is splendid,
  yet so much of whatever you might know about is so abstract.
  
  Having a cup of coffee is a zen process that brings one back to the present second.
  We have to be more in the here and today, without being overwhelmed by life
  and the drama we deal with every day.
